A Love Story of Gourmandize
Having a real passion for all things culinary, floral, fine detail, and good taste is what led Catherine to design wedding cakes.
It wasn't written down. A workshop at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and a diploma in pâtisserie exposed her creativity, curiosity, and sensibilities. Afterward, Catherine had a wonderful professional meeting and took an exciting trip to California, where she was able to learn about the culture, the wedding cake tradition, and the sugar flower art.
All of her creativity came from there, enabling her to create, stage floral arrangements, and top her desserts with a touch of audacity, freshness, and elegance.

Catherine opened her atelier in the Vaucluse in 2012. Today, Made in Cake works with couples throughout the world.
